Wreaths Across America

No matter where they served or how Wreaths Across America strives to ensure that no one is forgotten.

Wreaths Across America is a group that honors veterans and is committed to teaching all generations about the value of their freedoms, and the importance of honoring those who sacrificed so much to protect those freedoms. The wreath-laying that began more than 30 years ago is still held annually, on the second or third Saturday of December. Every year the convoy of trucks, local law enforcement, staff and supporters stop at schools, monuments, veterans’ homes and communities along the way to talk about the Wreaths Across America mission and remind people how important it is to remember, honor and teach.

We’ve been able to do The Wreaths here in Petaluma for the last three years and each year we grow more and more, we have many people that come out and help us.

One of these groups is Petaluma Sea Scouts, they are a group of young people that do many good things in our community and also learn to be good citizens.
